Mike Carden is a senior support specialist with Real Green Systems and has been with the company since 2010. Since joining Real Green, Carden has trained companies on software integration and delivered day-to-day assistance and solutions for hundreds of Service Assistant users.
Carden is the liaison to a large franchise currently using Real Green Systems solutions and understands the complexities of integrating a new software into an established organization with their own way of doing things. A graduate from Walsh College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, Carden has a specialization in information assurance.
Carden can be found in the Tech Room at Real Green’s annual Solutions conference, giving one-on-one advice and technical advice to Service Assistant users and teaching classes on payment options, call campaigns and building line item work orders.
